InstaPick 隱私權政策

本政策說明Ufro Inc.（優富樂股份有限公司，以下稱「我們」）提供的 InstaPick App（以下稱「本 App」）如何處理您的資訊。本政策適用於Android、iPhone、iPad、Mac與Windows 版的 InstaPick。

本 App 不收集、不儲存、不傳送任何可識別您的個人資料，也不會將資料提供給第三方。

本 App 不需要註冊帳號，不含廣告、分析、追蹤或當機回報等第三方服務。

本 App 不使用定位權限，也不會取得您的位置。

儲存在您裝置上的資料

以下資料只儲存在您的裝置上，本App 不會把它們上傳到我們或任何第三方：

收藏的顏色與自訂名稱

• 取色歷史紀錄
• 取色器的白點校正值

App 設定（例如語言、主題、色庫選擇）

如果您開啟了系統的裝置備份（例如iCloud 備份、Google備份），這些資料可能會隨裝置備份儲存在您自己的帳號中，由Apple 或Google 依其隱私權政策處理，我們無法存取。

在手機或平板上刪除本App 時，裝置上的這些資料會一併刪除。在Windows 與 Mac 上移除本 App 後，設定可能仍保留在電腦的使用者資料夾中，重新安裝時可以繼續使用。

裝置權限

藍牙（Android 為「附近裝置」）：搜尋並連接InstaPick 取色器、讀取取得的顏色。只用於連接取色器，不會用來判斷您的位置。

自動化（僅 Mac，使用 Adobe Linker 時）：在您開啟Adobe Linker 後，把取得的顏色送到同一台電腦上正在使用的 Photoshop、Illustrator 或InDesign。顏色只在您的電腦內傳遞，不經過網路。

檔案存取（匯出時）：您選擇匯出收藏色時，把檔案儲存到您指定的位置。

網路連線

Android 版不會發出任何網路連線。

iPhone、iPad、Mac 與 Windows 版在顯示「設定」頁時，會向Apple 的公開服務查詢App Store 上的最新版本號，以便提示您更新。查詢內容只有本 App 的識別碼，不包含任何關於您或您裝置的資訊。如同所有網路連線，Apple會收到您的IP 位址，其處理方式依Apple 的隱私權政策。

匯出與分享

只有在您主動使用匯出或分享功能時，本App 才會產生檔案，並透過系統的分享選單交給您選擇的App 或位置。之後的處理由您選擇的服務負責。

外部連結

本App 內有連到我們的官方網站及其他網站（例如使用說明、Pantone官方網站）的連結。點選後會以您裝置的瀏覽器開啟，這些網站不受本政策約束，請參閱各網站的隱私權政策。

應用程式商店提供的資訊

您透過App Store 或 Google Play 下載本 App 時，Apple 或Google 會依其隱私權政策處理相關資訊。若您在裝置設定中同意與開發者分享分析資料，Apple或Google 可能提供我們匿名、彙總的統計與當機報告，我們只用於改善本App 的穩定性，無法從中識別您的身分。

兒童隱私

本App 不收集任何人的個人資料，包括兒童。

InstaPick PrivacyPolicy

This policy explains how the InstaPick app (the “App”), provided by UfroInc. (“we”, “us”), handles your information. It applies to InstaPick for
Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Windows.

Summary

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information that identifies you, and does not share any data
with third parties.

The App does not require an account and does not include any third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash
reporting services.

• The following data is stored only on your device. The App never uploads itto us or to any third party:
  

Saved colors and their custom names

Color-picking history

• White calibration values for your color picker
• App settings (such as language, theme, and color library)
  
• If you have turned on your system’s device backup (such as iCloud Backup orGoogle backup), this data may be included in the backup stored in your own
  account. Apple or Google handle these backups under their own privacy policies,
  and we cannot access them.
  

On phones and tablets, the data on your device is deleted when you deletethe App. On Windows and Mac, settings may remain in your user folder after the
App is removed, so they are available if you reinstall it.

Device permissions

Bluetooth (“Nearby devices” on Android): Finds and connectsto your InstaPick color picker and reads the colors it measures. It is used
only to connect to the color picker and never to determine your location.

Automation (Mac only, when using Adobe Linker): After youturn on Adobe Linker, sends the picked color to Photoshop, Illustrator, or
InDesign running on the same computer. The color stays on your computer and is
not sent over the internet.

File access (when exporting): Saves an export of your savedcolors to the location you choose.

Network connections

The Android version does not make any network connections.

The iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Windows versions check Apple’s public service forthe latest version number on the App Store when the Settings screen is shown,
so that the App can tell you an update is available. The request contains only
the App’s identifier and no information about you or your device. As with any
internet connection, Apple receives your IP address, which is handled under
Apple’s privacy policy.

Exporting andsharing

The App creates a file only when you choose to export or share, and hands itto the app or location you select through your system’s share menu. Any further
handling is the responsibility of the service you choose.

External links

The App contains links to our official website and other websites (such asthe user guide and the Pantone website). They open in your device’s browser.
These websites are not covered by this policy; please review their own privacy
policies.

Information fromapp stores

When you download the App from the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Googlehandle related information under their own privacy policies. If you choose in
your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple or Google
may provide us with anonymous, aggregated statistics and crash reports. We use
them only to improve the App’s stability and cannot identify you from them.

Children’s privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, includingchildren.

Changes to thispolicy

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updatedeffective date. If we add a feature that collects or transmits data, we will
update this policy before the feature is released.
